Hole Lotta Drywall is a DBA of Elite Core Pro LLC, a Florida limited liability company providing drywall repair, installation, texture matching, water damage repair, and related services in the Tampa Bay area.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You may not:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our forms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or harmful code

3. Quotes & Estimates

Information submitted through our quote form — including photos and descriptions — is used to provide a preliminary estimate. Quotes provided digitally are estimates only and may change after an in-person or more detailed assessment of the actual job site. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. We do not guarantee a specific price until both parties agree to a final scope of work.

4. Services Provided

We specialize in drywall repair and installation, including hole/punch repair, water damage repair, texture matching, ceiling repair, popcorn ceiling removal, and full drywall installation. We do not perform plumbing, electrical, or structural/load-bearing construction work. Any such issues discovered during a job will be flagged to you, and you may need to hire a separately licensed contractor for that work.

5. Payment

Payment terms, methods, and any deposit requirements will be communicated directly to you before work begins and are not established by this website.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, photos of completed projects, logos, and design — is owned by Elite Core Pro LLC or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

7. Photos of Your Property

Photos you upload through our quote form are used solely to assess your project and provide an estimate. We will not publicly display before/after photos of your specific property without your separate consent.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party sites (e.g., our Google Business Profile). We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing on this Site guarantees a specific outcome, price, or timeline for services.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Elite Core Pro LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
